Board of Directors Meeting – Open Session
July 21, 2020
Cindy Gathe, Bob Van Doren, Ron Sabin, Barbara Hein, Veronica Del Rio, Bob Balzano, Deborah Balzano
Cindy Gathe called the meeting to order at 10:10 am. A quorum was established.
Ron made a motion to approve the June 18, 2020 Board of Director’s meeting minutes. Barbara seconded the motion; all were in favor and the motion carried.
Bob Balzano provided the Management Report. He reported $219,387.92 in Association assets ending 6.30.20. Bob Van Doren made a motion to approve the financials; seconded by Ron Sabin, all were in favor and the motion carried.
The following dates were scheduled for working session with the Board and management company to work on the 2021 budget. Working sessions were scheduled August 26 at 10:00 a.m. at Veronica’s; and September 9 at Cindy or Bob’s home.
An estimate to repair the walking bridge from Doug Thompson was reviewed and Ron made a motion to accept the bid in the amount of $800.00. Barb seconded the motion; all were in favor and the motion carried.
Bob Van Doren is going to get a bid for landscaping from Hacienda Del Ray. A bid from Jonnny’s in the amount of $2100.00 for tree removal at the south end of the trail entrance off Tablelands was reviewed. Bob Van Doren made a motion to approve the bid; the motion was seconded by Barbara; all were in favor and the motion carried.
The next Board meeting is scheduled for Monday, August 17 at 10:00 a.m. at 3088 Montana Drive.
With the no further business the meeting adjourned at 10:50 a.m.
