June 18, 2020

The Montana Estates Community Meeting called to order at 10:07 A.M.

Quorum: 
Cindy Gathe, Barbara Hein, Veronica Del Rio, Ron Sabin, Bob Van Doren Deborah and Bob Balzano.

Financials:
Total assets as of May 5/31 is $221.636.22, and monthly expenses was $2,052.84. We are currently under budget. The financials were approved. The budget for 2021 will begin in September.

Open Issues:
ARC will meet prior to creating the budget to work on writing up specifics for what the board wants in landscaping and will look at the current contract from Jonny’s Landscaping. The bid for fire mitigation was considered high and was not approved.
We agreed to drop report on CCR as nothing changes each month.

New Business:
Look at reserve study
The board members walked the trail and found the walkway going to the bridge is in need of repair as the screws in the wood have popped out, one of the child’s swings has been sliced and needs replacement, and the edging which holds the sand at volleyball court has been pulled up and displaced.
