Board of Directors Open Meeting
May 21, 2020
The Montana Estates Community Meeting was held via telephone conference due to the coronavirus and a shelter in place mandate. Cindy Gathe called the meeting to order at 1:36 P.M.
Cindy Gathe, Barbara Hein, Veronica Del Rio, Ron Sabin, and Bob Balzano. Bob Van Doren was absent.
April 2020 Board Meeting Minutes were approved.
We currently have $223,386.19 Total Assets, and monthly expenses of $2,175.60. The financials were approved.
• 3 owners are still in collections
• We currently have 8 owners owing $300.00 or more. Bob stated the attorney would only accept collections starting at $500.00. However, the attorney would go case to case at those owing $300.00 to determine if he would add those to collections. The board approved sending a Final Notice letter to these 8 demanding Full Payment, or they will be turned over to collections if contact isn’t made to DHC within 30 days.
• Motion was passed regarding what constituted reimbursement from the RV parking annual fee. The board agreed if an owner either sold their home or sold their RV the remaining months would be reimbursed.
Meeting was adjourned at 2:35 P.M. by Cindy Gathe.
The next general meeting will be at 10:00 A.M. on June 18, 2020. Site to be determined.
